RG Candy became official in 2022, but I have been making my famous caramels and other wonderful sweets for nearly 30 years.  Throughout my career as a video professional and public school teacher, cooking and experimenting in the kitchen has always been a beloved hobby and escape from the daily grind.  Recently more and more people have been making ‘special requests’ for caramels, fudge, butterscotch and other tasty treats.  One night, while watching The Great British Baking Show, my husband Lee remarked, “You could totally win this contest baby!”  And so, the idea for a ‘sweet shop’ was born.  Being gluten intolerant, I knew I wanted to make things that were 100% wheat free and with the popularity of the Sea Salt Caramels, candy was the obvious choice.  With an ever expanding repertoire of delicacies, RG Candy is sure to bring a smile to everyone.  If you don’t see your favorites, reach out to me, I bet I can make it for you. :)
